Highland Springs Care Center provides 24-hour skilled nursing care for residents who require ongoing medical monitoring, assistance with daily living, and support for complex health needs.

Our licensed nursing team delivers care as ordered by physicians, with a focus on safety, comfort, and maintaining each resident’s highest possible level of function

Skilled Nursing Services Include:

24-hour licensed nursing supervision

Medication administration and monitoring

Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)

Wound care and skin integrity monitoring

Pain management support

Respiratory care and oxygen support

Ongoing health assessments and care coordination

Each resident receives an individualized care plan developed in collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary team members.
