Highland Springs Care Center offers short-term rehabilitation services designed to support recovery following illness, injury, or surgery.

Rehabilitation services are provided based on physician orders and tailored to each patient’s individual needs, abilities, and goals.

Rehabilitation Therapy Services:

Physical Therapy

supports mobility, balance, strength, and functional movement

Occupational Therapy

assists with daily activities, self-care, and functional independence

Speech Therapy

addresses communication, cognitive function, and swallowing disorders

Therapy services are delivered by licensed professionals and coordinated with nursing care to support safe transitions and ongoing recovery.
