Memory Care Services

Highland Springs Care Center offers memory care services for residents living with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia.

Memory care is provided in a secured and structured environment designed to promote safety, routine, and familiarity while supporting residents’ cognitive and emotional needs.

Memory Care Services Include:

24-hour supervised care in a secured setting

Structured daily routines and activities

Assistance with personal care and daily living

Behavioral support and monitoring

Medication management as ordered

Family communication and care coordination

Care plans are individualized and adjusted as residents’ needs change, with an emphasis on dignity, comfort, and safety.
